 Cancellations and Refunds
A $40 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations. Your advanced reservation payment will be refunded, except for this Cancellation Fee, if you notify me of your cancellation thirty (30) days prior to your original check-in date for daily and weekly stays, ninety (90) days in advance for monthly rentals. If you do not cancel your reservation within these time limits, you will forfeit your advanced reservation payment.
 Deposits
Damage/Security Deposit of $250.00 The damage deposit is payable only by cash or check. If any of the following conditions are not met, you will be notified, and your deposit will be charged for the cost to remedy any shortcomings a. No damage is done to the property or its contents. b. No items are missing from the property. c. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. d. No unpaid charges are incurred for services rendered during the stay. e. All dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and washed. f. All keys are returned. g. All food is removed. h. All garbage is bagged and taken out of the unit and placed in the proper containers. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks.

Advanced reservation payment within ten (10) days from the date of reservation.
